Where is Complete Brake Service located?

What kinds of vehicles do you service?
From a daily-driver sedan to a Class 8 semi-truck — and almost everything in between. Cars, SUVs, light trucks, diesel pickups, dump trucks, box trucks, semi-trucks, commercial vans, trailers, and RVs. Our shop has the lot space, the bays, and the equipment to handle the full range. Most general repair shops can't physically take heavy-duty work; we're built specifically for it.

Do you work on my make and model?
Almost certainly, yes. We service all major foreign and domestic vehicles — Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Ram, GMC, Nissan, Hyundai, Subaru, Volkswagen, BMW, and more — across light vehicles, diesel pickups, and commercial trucks. Major commercial truck makes (Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Mack, Volvo, International) are also in our lane. If you're unsure, call us and we'll confirm before you come in.
Do I need an appointment, or can I drop in?
Appointments help us get you in and out faster, so we recommend using our online appointment request or calling (614) 221-4888 to schedule when you can. That said, we understand breakdowns don't keep a calendar — call us and we'll work you in as quickly as possible when something unexpected happens. If your vehicle isn't safe to drive, we can arrange a tow.
What should I expect on my first visit?
A real conversation. We'll listen to what's going on with your vehicle, perform a diagnostic when one is needed, and explain what we find in plain language — no jargon, no pressure. You'll get a written estimate before any work begins. If something unexpected comes up during the repair, we stop and call you before doing anything that isn't already authorized. That's how we've built a customer base that keeps coming back for generations.
Do you handle commercial trucks and fleet maintenance?
Yes — and it's a significant part of what we do.
